On Sunday, March 19th, 2024, The Kennedy Center presented the 25th annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor to Kevin Hart. The Mark Twain Prize is America’s top prize for comedy and recognized Hart for his extraordinary contributions to the genre and his impressive achievements across comedy, film, and television. Comedy’s biggest stars gathered to toast and roast Kevin Hart in a heartfelt, hilarious ceremony featuring an all-star cast of friends and collaborators, including Dave Chappelle, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Tiffany Haddish, Chelsea Handler, Regina Hall, JB Smoove + MORE.

The Mark Twain Prize featured excerpts from Kevin’s body of work, anecdotes from fellow friends and comedians, and show-stopping musical performances from Nelly + Robin Thicke & Lil Dicky.
