Originally from Long Island, Phil grew up with three supportive Jewish parents, six siblings, and a steady stream of movies, theatre, and TV shows that shaped his love of pop culture. After earning his degree in Film Production from Emerson College, he began his career as an intern at Nickelodeon before taking on projects across New York and Los Angeles.

Today, Phil is focused on building lasting partnerships with networks, streamers, and production companies to create work that not only entertains and inspires but also leaves a lasting mark on pop culture history.
