Twitch’s largest convention of the year turned virtual for a 12-hour LIVE gaming event across 4 MAJOR streaming channels. Twitch Rivals showdown brought together 4 SuperTeams and their 16 top creator captains to compete in a tournament of popular games, Fortnite, Valorant, Fall Guys,
and League of Legends for a $500,000 prize pool.

The virtual event featured a total of 425 Twitch creators populating programming across the four different channels. Hosted by comedian JD Witherspoon and pro gamer Mari Takahashi, GlitchCon comprised of star-studded esports tournaments, highly-anticipated game launches, and a talent show touting a $40,000 grand prize. The event kicked off with remarks and platform announcements by
CEO Emmett Shear and culminated with a music-centered afterparty hosted by T-Pain.
