On Friday, August 15th, 2025, Stand Up To Cancer aired its ninth biennial televised fundraising special, broadcasting live for the first time from Nashville. Hosted by Sheryl Crow, the one-hour commercial-free event united top musical artists, Hollywood stars, and groundbreaking researchers to raise critical funds for cancer research. The all-star musical lineup included performances by Jonas Brothers, Noah Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Marcus King, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Jelly Roll, Dan + Shay, and CeCe Winans with the Nashville Community Gospel Choir.

The evening featured appearances and segments from Kevin Bacon, Jamie Foxx, Tim McGraw, Zoe Saldaña, Keith Urban, and Reese Witherspoon, along with powerful survivor stories and breakthroughs in early detection, treatment, and the potential of AI in cancer research. The special aired across all major networks and 30+ platforms nationwide, amplifying SU2C’s mission from the heart of Music City to millions of homes across the country.
